Li Liu

Li Liu is a seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Telstra since September 2016, Li collaborates strategically with business stakeholders to develop and implement detailed sourcing and Category Management plans. Prior to this role, Li held positions at IBM Australia, including Tactical Sourcing Lead and Operational Category Manager, where responsibilities included leading sourcing projects and conducting spend analysis. Earlier experience encompasses entrepreneurship as the owner of Tianjin Heng Lin International Trade Co. Ltd in China and a Senior Business Manager role at Tianjin Machinery Imp. & Exp. Corp., where Li successfully managed business solutions in the heavy industry market. Li holds a Master of Economics in Marketing and a Bachelor of Economics in International Business from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
