Luke Freeman

Luke Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the Growth Enablement Senior Lead at Telstra since October 2012. In this role, Luke leads an agile team to explore new growth opportunities and promote field capabilities both internally and externally. Prior positions include managing field delivery across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, overseeing enhanced services in the southern region, and managing a team of managed services engineers. Luke's career began at Ericsson, where foundational skills in customer service engineering were developed. Luke holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a trade qualification in Electronic Servicing Telecommunications from Midland TAFE.
