Marina Kelman

Marina Kelman is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the CoE Executive for Investor Relations, Treasury, M&A, Energy, and Subsidiaries at Telstra since October 2023. Kelman has been a member of The Australian Takeovers Panel since April 2021 and previously held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant for Afterpay, Chief Financial Officer at MLC Life Insurance, and General Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at National Australia Bank. Kelman's earlier roles include Director at UBS Investment Bank, Manager of Strategy and M&A at ANZ, and Senior Financial Analyst at ExxonMobil. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Monash University and certification as a CPA through the CPA Australia Program.
