Mark Hammond has extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as Chapter Lead for Product and Technology at Telstra since 2007, where responsibilities include delivering innovative cloud-based Unified Communications solutions. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Product Manager for TIPT Activation and Lifecycle and TIPT Equipment, as well as Product Lead for Telstra Conferencing Video Lifecycle Management. Before joining Telstra, Mark worked as a Solution Specialist focusing on videoconferencing solution sales in Telstra Enterprise and Government from 2003 to 2007. Mark’s educational background includes a Certificate in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and Communications with a focus on Sociology from The University of Queensland.
