Mark Heaney

Mark Heaney is a results-oriented Senior IT Leader currently serving as a Technical Delivery Principal specializing in Digitisation and Fixed/Broadband Connectivity Products at Telstra. With a robust background in identifying and executing strategic business solutions, Mark has developed and led large operations teams globally. Past roles include General Manager in various capacities at Telstra, where they were responsible for significant IT solutions and program implementations, as well as Project Manager at Vodafone Hutchison Australia, notable for delivering a complete billing platform replacement. Mark holds a BA (Hons) from Maynooth University, an MSc in Software and Information Systems from the University of Galway, and a Postgraduate Diploma in IT from Maynooth University.
