Mary Thomas

Mary Thomas is a seasoned professional in risk and compliance, currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Telstra since December 2015. With a strong background in risk advisory roles at Telstra Digital, Mary has also contributed to PwC as a Manager in Risk Assurance and held senior consultant positions specializing in risk and controls solutions, including an international secondment to Hong Kong. Early career experience includes a vacation student role at PwC and a summer internship at ANZ, where Mary gained insights into financial audit processes and banking operations. Mary holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant, certified by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
