Matthew Martin is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience at Telstra, currently serving as a Senior IT Domain Specialist since February 2013. His expertise encompasses project management, application management, and software infrastructure management, with a strong focus on the Atlassian toolset, including Confluence and JIRA. Matthew has performed roles as an IT Domain Specialist and Scrum Master, Product SME for Plutora, Deployment Manager, and Business Analyst, demonstrating versatility in managing cloud-based tools, coordinating deployment activities, and facilitating agile practices. Prior to his long tenure at Telstra, Matthew gained early experience in the food service industry, coupled with foundational IT training through various positions and education at RMIT University and Lilydale Adventist Academy.
