Maxine Brenner

Maxine is an experienced ASX top-20 Director with over 20 years Board experience in some of Australia's most high-profile companies. Her current Board roles include Woolworths, Qantas and Origin Energy.

Maxine has a diverse background with strong experience in the corporate advisory, finance and regulatory sectors. She has a strong customer perspective and is particularly focused on the changing nature of customer expectations.

Maxine is a former Managing Director of Investment Banking at Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. She also practised as a corporate lawyer with Freehill Hollingdale & Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and spent several years as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of NSW and the University of Sydney.
