Mayur Narsey has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the National Head of Customer Delivery - Projects & Services at Telstra since December 2014. Previous roles at Telstra include Head of Enterprise Program Delivery & Solution Governance and various positions focused on transition and transformation. Prior to Telstra, Mayur held the position of PMO Manager at CSC and served in multiple capacities at Vodafone Hutchison Australia, including Program Manager and Relationship Manager. Mayur's earlier career included roles at Optus and Vodafone, where responsibilities ranged from senior project management to engineering. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Strategy & Business Transformation from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Diploma of Project Management from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Communications Engineering from RMIT University.
