Melanie Serra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Telstra since July 2022, Melanie previously worked at RMIT University as a Senior Human Resources Advisor. An accomplished career at EnergyAustralia spanned a decade, where roles included Talent Advisor, People & Culture Advisor, Workplace Relations Advisor, and Recruitment Coordinator.
