Nia Gupta

Nia (Neeharika) Gupta is a skilled Network Engineer at Telstra since July 2022, focusing on geo-spatial data analysis and network optimization. Previously, Nia worked as a Communications Consultant at CyberSquad IT Consulting, where hardware configuration and network management were key responsibilities. Nia began a career as an ICT Support Engineer at Reflex Technology Group, providing technical support to over 5,000 customers, and demonstrated exceptional skills that led to a permanent position within one week of starting as an Intern. Earlier experience includes serving as a Telecommunications Field Engineer at EV SOL PTY LTD, managing telecommunications infrastructure and optimizing configurations. Nia holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chandigarh Engineering College.
