Nihal Shah

Nihal Shah is a Network Software Engineering Specialist at Telstra since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in network and systems engineering. Prior to this role, Nihal served as an Information Systems Engineer at SAS, managing infrastructure for SAS Viya applications on Kubernetes and administering clusters in Azure Kubernetes Service and Amazon EKS. At Cognizant Servian, as an Associate Consultant, responsibilities included engineering big data platforms for Telstra and conducting Kubernetes administration tasks. Nihal began the professional journey at Infosys Ltd as a System Engineer, handling batch job scheduling, monitoring, and deployments on Kubernetes, along with earlier roles in operations and network engineering. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Mulund College of Commerce, completed in 2018.
