Nirali Patel

Nirali Patel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and service desk roles. Currently serving as an L1 & L2 support specialist at Telstra since November 2021, Nirali previously held positions at eHealth NSW and N D Global Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included network support, troubleshooting, group policy creation, and hardware installations. Nirali has also worked in various capacities at Oporto, ITNT Group, and Engage Beyond, developing skills in malware removal and end-user support across multiple operating systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on information and network security from CQUniversity, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Technology from U.V. Patel College of Engineering.
