Peter Sutherland

Peter Sutherland serves as the Director of Enterprise Network Operations at Telstra, Australia's largest telecommunications carrier, since January 2010, overseeing network incident and problem management for enterprise platforms and applications. Prior to this role, Sutherland held various directorial positions at Optus, including Director of Field Operations, Director of Network Infrastructure Operations, and Director of Network Service & Facilities from July 1992 to January 2010. Sutherland began a career in telecommunications at OTC, where Sutherland worked as a Senior Technical Officer from 1981 to 1992. Sutherland holds an MBA from Griffith University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
