Phill Collins

Phill Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fleet and asset management. Currently serving as the Fleet and Workplace Asset Management Senior Lead at Telstra since July 2025, Collins previously held the position of Product Director at Custom Fleet from November 2020 to June 2025. Prior to that, Collins was with Eclipx Group from April 2015 to November 2020 as Manager of Product and Supply, overseeing two product P&Ls with a combined profit before tax of $4 million annually and managing a fleet supply chain with an annual spend of approximately $290 million. At FleetPartners, from January 2007 to April 2015, Collins served in various roles including Supplier Manager and Operations Subject Matter Expert for a Business Transformation Project, focusing on systems and process transitions, and as Rentals Service Manager, responsible for end-to-end operations of the rental product.
