Queenie Dirkx

Queenie Dirkx is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transforming organizational culture and enhancing employee capabilities. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience & Capability at Telstra since April 2019, Queenie leads a dedicated team to empower Telstra Enterprise through cultural transformation and development initiatives. Previous roles include Ways of Working & Value Stream Coach Principal and Ways of Working Coach, where Queenie focused on guiding leaders and teams in adopting agile methodologies to optimize performance. Prior to Telstra, Queenie served as a Business and Team Coach at IntoPeople and worked in various advisory and consultancy roles. Queenie holds a Master's degree in Applied Commercial Sciences from Hasselt University and a Master's in European Labor Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain.
