Richard Goodfellow

Richard Goodfellow is currently the Business Improvement and Optimisation Senior Lead at Telstra, where they have held various roles since 2005, including Customer Contact Centre Manager and Business Team Manager. They previously worked as a Tutor at the University of Western Sydney from 2007 to 2008. Richard holds a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney and has two additional master's degrees in Business and Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Business focusing on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
