Ritesh Kaushik

Ritesh Kaushik has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as General Manager and Agile Product Owner at Telstra since August 2007, overseeing multiple product portfolios including IoT and Indirect Channel Solutions with full P&L responsibility. Ritesh has successfully managed DevOps teams, led digital transformations, and developed product strategies while collaborating with various internal groups. Ritesh's earlier roles at Telstra included leadership positions in Fixed Business Product Management and significant contributions to the development of innovative IoT solutions and communications products. Prior to Telstra, Ritesh worked at Ericsson Australia as a Services/Solution Architect and Software Development Team Lead, successfully delivering a project for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Technology from RMIT University.
