Samsul Mody has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, having held various roles such as Asst Manager Service at Tata Telecom India and Pre-Sales Engineer for Avaya products at TCS Group and Nomad Telecom. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Sr Support Engineer at Touchbase, and later served as a Project Technical Manager at National Telecom Group. Samsul has been with Telstra since 2009, where they currently excel as a UC Senior Network Engineer and Senior Domain Architect.
