Stephanie Lam

Stephanie Lam is an Inclusion Diversity Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Practitioner at NASA, working with the Astrophysics Department to enhance Inclusion Plans by collaborating with experts across various disciplines. Prior experience includes multiple roles at AIESEC, such as National Director of Operations and Partnership Development in Bangladesh, overseeing global volunteer opportunities focused on quality education, and serving as the Local Committee President in Melbourne, managing a team for strategic goal achievement. Additional positions at WORK180 involved leadership in diversity initiatives, including serving as the Social Impact Lead. As a Career Coach, Stephanie supports women of color and allies in navigating career paths through justice-centered counseling. Current roles also include Senior Specialist in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Telstra, and ongoing studies at RMIT University.
