Steve Melton

Steve Melton has extensive experience in enterprise service management, currently serving as a Mission Product Owner at Telstra since January 2007, where leadership involves system consolidation and transformation initiatives. Previous roles at Telstra include managing teams in the Managed Service Centre and the Managed Business Centre, focusing on performance management and service level agreements. Prior to Telstra, Steve worked as a Special Teachers Assistant at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, providing support to students with behavioral challenges.
