Susan O'Connor is an experienced facilitator and trainer with a strong background in personal and professional development. Currently, Susan has been with TELSTRA since 2009, while also serving as a trainer and facilitator at the Australian Retailers Association Retail Institute since 2008. Since January 2003, Susan has been involved with SMART PEOPLE TRAINING as a trainer, facilitator, retail consultant, coach, and business owner, offering services in personal development through NLP, timeline therapy, and hypnosis, as well as retail training and corporate training. Additionally, Susan conducts NLP certification trainings for practitioners and personal breakthrough sessions. Education was completed at St Thomas Aquinas in Perth, Western Australia.
