Tim Kasatchenko

Tim Kasatchenko is a Senior Strategy Specialist at Telstra, with extensive experience in messaging journey development, IVR containment program delivery, and messaging platform vendor migration since February 2016. Previously, Tim served as a Business Specialist at Telstra, where responsibilities included leading messaging design for the Faults team, managing operational performance across multiple sites, and mentoring graduates. Tim's career began as a Produce & Bakery Expert at Woolworths Limited, complemented by internships and training programs with KPMG Australia. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from Queensland University of Technology and completed a Future Skills Short Course in Product Management at RMIT University.
