Tom Malliaris is an experienced professional in process design, business improvement, and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Process Design & Re-engineering / Business Improvement / Test Team Lead at Telstra since November 2014, Tom has effectively managed complex projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Tom's career spans various roles, including Deployment Manager at 7-YM Positive Solutions and Telstra, Test Leader and Program Defect Manager at SP AusNet, and Defect Manager at Keane Australia Micropayment Consortium. With a strong foundation in quality assurance and testing, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business and Information Technology from RMIT University, Tom has consistently delivered project success and process enhancements across multiple organizations since beginning in the field in 1990.
