Ben Ealey

Ben Ealey currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Teltech Group, a role assumed in January 2025, where responsibilities include driving innovation and shaping technology strategy aligned with industry needs. Prior to this, Ben co-founded coreNOC, Inc, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer from October 2019 to January 2025, focusing on end-to-end telecommunication solutions in partnership with a Swedish equipment manufacturer. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as Principal at Innova Solutions, LLC, and Director of Emergency Communications at Ada County Sheriff's Office, leading public safety transformation. Additionally, Ben held significant roles at Cricket Communications, Sprint, and AT&T, with a strong background in network operations and engineering. Ben earned an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
