Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is a seasoned professional in accessibility and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Accessibility & Human Resources at Teltex, Inc. since November 2013. In this role, Shannon is responsible for the strategic development and administration of government contracts focused on assistive technologies and communications accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Prior to this, Shannon held various leadership positions at the New Mexico Commission for Deaf & Hard of Hearing, overseeing telecommunications services and support for the deaf and hard of hearing community from June 2005 to November 2013. Shannon's career also includes experience in human resources management at Desert Hills Youth and Family Centered Services. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with certification in Human Resources Management.
