Telum was created in 1993 by the same people who still run it today. We offer complete workforce solutions specific to the construction and manufacturing industries, and it is this industry know-how and experience that you can rely on to get the job done right.

Our approach is specifically designed to service large projects. Like most of our clients we have the ability to establish our operations and infrastructure to meet the requirements of major projects whether they be located in metropolitan areas or remote locations. We believe this is best achieved by being on site along side your project team.

We are able to supply all of a project’s labour requirements, ranging from multi-skilled workers, trades and plant operators, to site management and supervisory staff. (See below)

-General Labour and Traffic control
-Skilled Labour (Steel Fixers, Riggers, Dogman, Formworkers, Concretors, Scaffolders, Electrical Spotter).
-Trades (Carpenters, Electricians, Boilermakers/Welders, Plumbers).
-Plant Operators.
-Crane Operators.
-Safety Officers/Managers.
-Site Administrators.
-Leading Hands/Foreman.
-Project Engineers.

We pay market rates of pay to ensure we attract quality labour and our rates and service are inclusive of all costs.

Safety and compliance is a key issues for both our clients and workforce, therefore our Project Managers are actively involved in managing safety on site. They conduct tool box talks and participate in safety committee meetings. All day to day safety issues are managed by our Project Managers. They are supported where necessary by our National O,H&S Manager.

If you are a highly skilled worker who is looking to gain access to long term project based work or if you are a client who is searching for a supplier who has over 20 years of industry knowledge and credibility we would love to hear from you!
