Giani Sterpu

Giani Sterpu is currently the Operations Manager at TELUS Digital, with a 7-year background in the BPO industry specializing in customer support and team leadership. Giani started as a Customer Support Analyst, providing assistance in Italian and English, and progressed to a Team Leader role managing a team for a tech client in short-term rentals. Giani later became a Group Manager overseeing multiple teams, driving performance and aligning strategies with client objectives. Fluent in English, Italian, and Romanian, Giani also has a foundational understanding of Dutch and a deep appreciation for intercultural communication, supported by studies at the University of Bucharest in foreign languages.
