Jim Wheless is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Digital Transformation. Currently, Jim serves as the Global Managing Partner for Customer Experience Strategy & Transformation Services at Tata Consultancy Services and holds positions as Partner & VP of Business Development at both TELUS Digital and WillowTree. Previously, Jim was a Partner at Accenture, where contributions included leading the development of a comprehensive suite of digital capabilities. Jim earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they currently reside.
