Jonathan Hernandez is a Global Project Manager in Talent Acquisition at TELUS Digital, where they manage and execute projects related to hiring, onboarding, and retention of diverse talent globally. Previously, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at TELUS International Central America from 2016 to 2021, successfully filling multiple roles across various departments. Jonathan holds a degree in Auditing and Accounting from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and is currently pursuing a Master in Strategic Marketing and Senior Management at the same institution. With certifications in CSM®, CSPO®, CLSSYB, and CPA, they are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture while aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
