Kumar Aayush is a Deputy Manager of Operations at Telus Digital in India, with almost two years of experience in the customer service domain. They have progressed from a frontline customer service representative to a subject matter expert and then to a Team Leader within 16 months. As a coach, Kumar has focused on fostering continuous improvements and setting SMART goals to help fellow frontline employees achieve their best potential. Kumar holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
