Lori Branton serves as the Global Vice President of Client Success at TELUS Digital since August 2020, leading efforts to create innovative digital transformations and enhance customer experiences. Previously, Lori held various roles within TELUS International from 2007 to 2020, including directing partner alliances and developing comprehensive account strategies, as well as spearheading integrated solutions across customer experience, business processes, and IT outsourcing. Lori's early career includes strategic account management for enterprise clients at Allstream, network strategy and planning at AT&T, and customer experience management at Netcom Canada. Lori earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
