Sofia Cholakova

Sofia Cholakova is a Senior HR Business Partner at TELUS Digital, where they currently lead human resources initiatives. They previously served as an HR Business Partner at TELUS International Europe from 2018 to 2022. Sofia's career began with various roles, including HR Manager at Orak Engineering and Sales and Recruitment Specialist at Adecco Bulgaria. They also owned a recruitment agency, PsyArt Co, providing consulting and recruitment services from 2006 to 2008. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogy from Plovdiv University.
