Aly Ahmed, PhD, serves as the Managing Director at Tahrir Technologies Ltd since August 2012 and has held the position of Service-Now Technical Architect and Development Lead at TELUS since June 2014. With extensive experience in IT service management, Aly has played key roles in various companies, including Senior BMC Remedy ITSM & Integration Consultant at TELUS, where complex integration projects were architected and implemented. Previous positions include Senior ServiceNow Consultant at Online Business Systems, Senior Remedy & ITSM Consultant for BC Hydro, and Senior BMC ITSM Consultant at BMC Software, among others.
