Brian Ward

Brian Ward is a Strategy Manager for Enablement at TELUS, where they focus on driving growth through data-driven performance metrics and building strong relationships. Previously, they worked at Vivint for over a decade as a Field Service Professional and Team Trainer, improving customer experiences while also engaging in employee training and technology implementation. Brian also contributed to research as a graduate student in genetics and neuroscience at the University of Calgary and served as a research employee at the University of Lethbridge. With a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, they have a strong educational foundation that supports their professional endeavors.
