Cal Misener

Cal Misener is currently the Chief Happiness Officer at High Performance Culture, focusing on aligning leaders with their goals for freedom and fulfillment. Previously, they held roles as Director of Activo CPS Services and Culture Development, and as a long-term Operations Manager and People and Culture Champion at TELUS Communications, where they transformed team engagement and culture. They also served as a Consultant and Chief Happiness Officer for High Performance Culture, aiding businesses in enhancing team alignment and engagement. Cal pursued education at George Washington University from 2004 to 2006.
