Dan Pielak is an experienced professional in property risk governance, currently serving as the Director of Property Risk Governance at TELUS since 1991. In this role, Dan Pielak oversees the enterprise-wide property risk audit program, risk consulting services, and the loss prevention project delivery process. Prior to TELUS, Dan Pielak held various positions in the property management field, including Risk Manager, Property Manager, and Building Engineer at Canem Systems Ltd. from 1988 to 1990, and as a Building Engineer at Bental Property Management from 1987 to 1988. Dan Pielak is currently pursuing an Executive Development Course at McGill University and has completed education at the Building Owners and Managers Institute International and Vancouver Community College, obtaining a Fourth Class Power Engineer designation.
