Daniel Stern

Daniel Stern is an Associate General Counsel at TELUS, where they oversee teams representing the company in regulatory, competition, and public law proceedings. Previously, Stern served as a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel and led a team focused on telecommunications initiatives. They gained extensive litigation experience as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, representing clients in significant corporate and class action disputes. Stern also completed a Law Clerk position at the Federal Court of Appeal and worked briefly as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. They hold a law degree from the University of Toronto.
