David Wiseman

David Wiseman is a seasoned Senior Application Developer at TELUS, with experience in real-time processing applications on the HP NonStop platform since June 2007. Prior to this role, David served as an Advisory Application Developer at CIBC, where SQL and COBOL changes were implemented for the CHIP card project. David also held positions as a Senior Consultant for the RCMP, leading the CPIC Messaging project, and worked as a Consultant at Nortel and the RCMP, focusing on testing and development of Tandem-based applications. David began a career in application development at Cableshare Inc., creating real-time applications for single board computers. David holds a Computer Engineering Technology Diploma from St. Lawrence College, completed in 1986.
