Elizabeth Herbert

Elizabeth Herbert is currently a People & Culture Business Partner Manager at TELUS, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Elizabeth served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Shopify from June 2021 to January 2024, and was with TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. from May 2012 to May 2021, where roles included Human Resources Shared Services Development Manager and Training & Development Manager. In these roles, Elizabeth focused on enhancing HR advisory services, developing talent frameworks, and leading strategic projects. Elizabeth's earlier experience also includes positions in learning and development, planning, and analysis, starting as an Associate Planner and progressing through various analytical roles. Additionally, Elizabeth contributed as a Volunteer Team Lead for Pride Toronto between 2012 and 2014, overseeing the recruitment and management of volunteers. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Management from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
