Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications sector with extensive experience at TELUS, where the current role is Manager of Community and Service Excellence since January 2015. In this position, Eric oversees the provision of residential telecommunications services in the Medicine Hat and Brooks regions, and previously served as the Alberta South Team Lead. Eric's expertise extends to a comprehensive background in field management and installation services, having started as an Installation Service Technician. Prior to joining TELUS, Eric worked as a Field Service Technician with Ledcor Group of Companies and held roles at McCain Foods and as Recreation Director for the Village of Centreville.
