Gina Narvaez

Gina Narvaez, CTDP, has extensive experience in talent development and learning within TELUS, having held various leadership positions since July 2003. As the current Director of Digital Talent Learning & Development, Gina focuses on enhancing the digital skills of team members across the organization. Previous roles include Director of Channel People Enablement, Manager of Talent Investment, Manager of Training in People Operations, and various managerial positions in continuous learning and training enablement. Gina's expertise includes online and mobile learning, program development, and team innovation. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Staples - Business Depot. Gina Narvaez holds a CTDP certification and a Certificate of Adult Education from OISE - University of Toronto.
