Han Kim

Han Kim has extensive experience in consulting and management, currently serving as the National Manager for Advisory Services at TELUS since March 2005. In this role, Han oversees a national team that provides consulting services to Canadian Enterprise clients, specializing in Customer Experience Management (CEM), social media, unified communications (UC), contact center (CC), and IT solutions. Previously, from 1997 to 2005, Han held positions at TELUS as Associate Director of Marketing and Senior Client Services Manager, focusing on marketing, business development, and service management. Han Kim is an alumnus of the University of Calgary.
