Jason Murphy

Jason Murphy is currently the Strategy Manager for the CSD National Construction Enablement team at TELUS, where they are responsible for planning and budgeting processes. Previously, they held various roles at TELUS, including Manager of Business Analysis and Manager of Call Centre Planning, where they focused on improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Jason graduated with a degree in Commerce, specializing in Management of Information Systems, from the University of Alberta. With extensive experience in analytics and strategy, they have consistently contributed to enhancing service levels and optimizing resources within the organization.
