Katherine Edwards

Katherine Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic program management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs at TELUS and TELUS Santé since March 2022, Katherine leads major integration initiatives post-acquisition, overseeing a global team of 10,000 members. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at TELUS, including Manager of Strategic Programs and Senior Strategy Manager, where significant contributions included developing enterprise change management strategies and governance frameworks. Katherine's previous experience encompasses leadership roles at CIBC, RBC, Sears Canada Inc., Capgemini, and Hewlett-Packard, where expertise in client strategy, channel delivery, operational management, and financial analysis was demonstrated. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, along with an Honours Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of Windsor.
