Kyle Brade is an experienced strategist and leader who currently serves as the Manager of PMO for Falcon Community & Customer Growth at TELUS, where they have been since 2013. They have held multiple senior strategy management roles within TELUS, focusing on communications, learning solutions, and customer success. Prior to this, Kyle worked as an E-Learning Assistant at Bow Valley College, contributing to the development of dynamic web applications and learning modules. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media from The University of Lethbridge, following a High School Diploma from Sir Winston Churchill High School.
