Larry Loven is a certified management consultant with extensive experience in real estate, project management, and adjudication. They served as a senior real estate and government affairs manager at TELUS, negotiating leases and municipal approvals since 2018. Previously, Larry was a presiding officer for the Land and Property Right Tribunal with the Government of Alberta from 2010 to 2022, overseeing numerous quasi-judicial hearings. They held a managerial position in the Realty Transactions Group at Bell from 2002 to 2010 and contributed to significant infrastructure projects like the $193 million Alberta SuperNet.
