As the CEO of Results by Design Consultants Inc. since 1989, Lorella has led efforts in achieving sustained sales performance improvement through workshops, coaching, and process standardization. Additionally, as a co-founder of 1-degree INC, Lorella is dedicated to empowering leaders to transform organizational cultures for the greater good. Lorella holds the position of Certified Consultant with Barrett Values Centre, leveraging tools for personal and cultural transformation. With over three decades of consultancy experience across various companies including The TAS Group, Equifax Canada Co., and Xerox, Lorella also served as Program Director at Schulich Executive Education Centre.
