Maddy Baker is an accomplished leader in customer experience and procurement, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience Excellence at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods since April 2016. With extensive experience at TELUS, including roles such as Director of Product Lifecycle Optimization and Director of Procurement for IT and Business Products, Maddy has a proven track record in strategic oversight, managing product lifecycles, and optimizing procurement processes. Prior experience at GSK involved key positions in indirect procurement and commodity buying, contributing to significant operational improvements and driving sustainable value. Maddy holds an MBA from the University of Victoria and degrees in Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham, among others.
