Melanie Chow

Melanie Chow possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked with notable companies such as Telus Mobility, Koodo, and TELUS. From July 2010 to October 2012, Melanie served as a Communications Team Ambassador at Telus Mobility. Subsequently, at Koodo, from October 2012 to July 2018, roles included Area Manager, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of 90 across multiple retail locations, as well as Retail Sales Manager and Sales Representative positions that contributed to the brand’s launch initiatives. At TELUS from July 2018 to December 2023, roles progressed to Senior Marketing Manager, leading Go-to-Market strategies, and multiple Senior Strategy Manager positions focusing on product lifecycle optimization, business copper retirement, and small to medium business product and services. Melanie's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a degree in Counseling Psychology from Vancouver Community College, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
